876 Item Information - Basic Bibliographic Unit

Field definition and scope:

Field 876 contains item information about a basic bibliographic unit in the holdings of the reporting organization. A display may be generated from the contents of field 876 and its related 852 (Location), 853/863 (Captions and Pattern / Enumeration and Chronology), or 866 (Textual Holdings) field to which it is linked by subfield $8 (Field link and sequence number) or related by subfield $3 (Materials specified).

Field 876 is repeatable.
