570  Personnel Note (R)  (Variable Data Field)

Field definition and scope:

Field 570 contains a note indicating the persons who administer or are involved in some way with decision-making involving the community information entity.  For instance, the note can include the names of the directors, administrators, advisory groups, boards, chairpersons, etc.  The note may contain other information, such as the telephone number and/or the term of office of a particular individual, information pertaining to elections of officers, etc.

Field 570 is repeatable.

Punctuation:  Field 570 ends with a period unless another mark of punctuation is present.
